Deadly incident sparks gun control debate in Maine

The ghouls in the gun control crowd delight in dancing on the graves of shooting victims to promote their agenda.

PORTLAND (WGME) — Incidents like the death of a 5-year-old in Scarborough tend to illicit a strong reaction on both sides of the gun control issue.

Both those for and against gun control say this is a tragic loss.

Bill Harwood, the president of the Maine Gun Safety Coalition, and Bill Harmon, a former military police officer who’s dedicated many hours to teaching gun safety, spoke to CBS 13.

Because so little is known about what occurred Monday night, both men talked about the issue generally.

They have disagreements on gun laws and adding new ones, but what they both agree on is that this is an issue of education.
